All teas are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product, or correct product descriptions without prior notice.

All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KSh) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed.

5. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud. Order confirmation does not guarantee product availability.

6. Payment

We accept M-Pesa, Visa, Mastercard, and Pay on Delivery. Payment must be received in full before dispatch, except where Pay on Delivery is selected.

7. Shipping and delivery

We currently deliver within Kenya only. Delivery timeframes and costs are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

8. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund and Returns Policy. All return and refund requests are subject to review. Chai Sheshe reserves the right to approve, decline, or adjust any return or refund request at its discretion, including in cases of misuse, damage not caused by us, or requests made outside the eligibility window.
