How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 24 hours. Mombasa and Nairobi typically arrive in 1 to 2 business days, other areas in Kenya 3 to 5 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, all orders over Ksh 2,500 ship free within Kenya.
How should I store my tea?
Keep it in an airtight container, away from light and moisture.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Unopened products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Contact us to arrange it. Subject to review, Chai Sheshe reserves the right to reject this request.
Do you ship outside Kenya?
Not yet. Delivery is currently within Kenya only.
How do I brew loose leaf tea?
Use one heaped teaspoon per 200ml water. Heat to 90-95°C. Steep for 3 to 5 minutes, adjust to taste.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
